Niki Shefras

After successfully operating a collection of exclusive restaurants in the US, Niki returned to Europe where she was appointed Sales & Events Director for a renowned, international Sports Management company, heading up pre-season training camps and international friendlies for professional sporting teams. This culminated in organising and structuring the Mexican Olympic Team's preparation for their Gold winning success in the 2012 Olympics...

In 2013, Niki returned to her UK roots to become Business Development Director to a portfolio of 10 London based businesses, after gaining years of experience in multi-diverse environments, she decided to use her invaluable experience to set up nth Degree Consultancy.

Passionate about people, business and building essential relationships, Niki infuses this ethos by connecting with, and focusing in on the needs of each individual or business she works with.

Turning her innate perfectionism into a positive to deliver genuine value for her clients, her strength lies in her ability to see the whole, rather than only the parts which compose it. Niki’s intense desire to explore the world and develop her own philosophy of life brings about positive change in others.

Our life loving founder is passionate about health & wellbeing, food and travel and outside of the office, if not on an adventure somewhere; you will generally find her on a horse or in a pair of wellies in the middle of the South Downs.
